Any way this is my plan:
- Exercise a minimum of 4 days per week. My hope is to exercise every day but I have a nine year old and two year old, I have to make this feasible.
- Start tracking what I eat. I am using the Lose It website and app on my Android Tablet and phone to track what I eat and exercise.
- Cut out all extra sugar- I have a fierce sweet tooth so this is going to be the hard one for me.
- Try not to stress eat. I really get irritated by those folks that lose weight when they are stressed cause I find food a comfort. I am hoping work will be less stressful this year. I'm praying for help here.
I will track my weight loss here. I am hoping to post pics too.
